Attention campers who are arriving with other teams & want to camp together.

We have been suggesting to anyone who wants to camp together that the best way to ensure that you can, is if you arrive together.

So, if you can, you should meet up somewhere outside the gate, or in town at a specified time, then all go to the site together.

That way you will be able to set up camp together.

Otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee that you will be together.

Mega Update

Some extra information for all.

Meals

Dinner meals can still be ordered on the Merchandise / meals menu page, however we will need to provide our caterers with order details on the Monday before Easter, Mon 29 March - just 1 week away
The caterers have asked us to remind all those attending, that if you wish to order the Dinners, please do so ASAP to ensure you don't miss out.  They have to order supplies well before Friday, due to the public holiday on Good Friday.
NB : There will be limited meals outlets open in the city over the Easter weekend.

Breakfasts will be able to be ordered and paid at the site, the afternoon or night before. (Adults and Kids same price)
Lunches - a daily variety of fresh Sandwiches and Sausage Sandwiches will be available all weekend.

Merchandise

Orders for Oz Mega merchandise have closed but we have re-opened the Mega coin for any last minute back-orders

Trackables - Travel Bugs & Geocoins

There is expected to be a very large supply of trackables at the event, for people to see, discover & help on their journey.
There will be an area available for these to be placed for all other cachers to see, as well as cachers with a collection to show.
All collectors will be responsible for the security of their own collection.
NB: The committee will not be able to compile a list of all the tracking numbers for everyone to discover.
It will be each and every geocacher's responsibility to view & discover any coins or TB's that they see at the event.

Late Registration

If you are going to the event, and may not have registered yet,
please know that Registration will be available until Mon 29/03/10 ONLY.
Anyone who is not registered and attends on the weekend, will need to pay the full registration of $40, but not receive any of the goodies that everyone else receives.
The registration packs have to be pre-prepared.
This should be a good incentive to register.

The OZ Mega Gold Coin has been very popular and now is only available to back order
